It was time to replace our 20 year old gas boiler. After a most unsatisfactory experience with a prominent national gas supplier and installer, we found Wheildons and are so glad that we did. They were simply brilliant from start to finish. When we first contacted them, Mick arrived promptly, inspected our hot water and heating system, listened to our needs and came up with an excellent recaommendation, based clearly upon very impressive knowledge and experience.
We opted for the recommended Viessman 100w gas condensing system boiler. Installation took two days as indicated and Mick and Jamie could not have been more efficient and pleasant. The whole operation was hassle free and it was a pleasure to have them on the premises. They were very tidy and the new pipework is a work of art.
I recently had a new Grant oil fired boiler installed by Wheildons.
They had been servicing my old boiler for the last 15 years, and their performance had always been most satisfactory so that I didn’t even contemplate, going elsewhere to have my new boiler installed.
It was no surprise, therefore, that the fitting of the new boiler and associated work was exemplary.
The very experienced father and son team made helpful suggestions during the fitting process. Everything was done on time and the attention to detail was amazing.
