This week we have begun a new and exciting project for the Foyle Food Group at their Melton Mowbray site. Two of our teams are staying on location and working around the clock to deliver this project on time and minimize disruption to the working abattoir.
This project consists of the removal and modernisation of the hot water plant to increase the supply of hot water at the following temperatures:
- 85 Degrees for the Gut Room
- 60 Degrees for washing down
- 45 Degrees for showers and Taps
This will include the installation of 2 ACV units and associated plant.
In addition to the Foyle Food Group we also work for Dawn Meats at their abattoir in Ulverston. Photographs of this work will be posted to the projects page next week.
